OP'Mobile Hospitalier app for iPhone and iPad

OPMobile for Hospitals is the first application for iPad / iPhone which allows the hospital doctor to remain in constant contact with the patient health records that are used inside the institution.
The hospital doctor is increasingly mobile. OPMobile for Hospitals permits him to inspect his/her records, follow the latest scores, or prepare instructions for care providers.


Features :

• Appointment management
OPMobile for Hospitals automatically synchronizes with the calendar: it can import consultation records, examinations, and appointments which are scheduled inside the institution. It enables the doctor to know about his schedule for the day and for days to come. The nephrologists can also access the records of their patients being dialyzed during the week.
In addition, OPMobile for Hospitals can synchronize with OPSurg, which is the management software of the operating theater. It can then inform the doctor of the last adjustments to the block.

• Bed management
OPMobile for Hospitals synchronizes with the bed management system, OPBed. So whatever the hospital site where the patient is, the doctor gets a list that includes the patients he is treating and patients of his/her colleagues in the same discipline. The doctor can also determine the release date of the patient and confirm it.

• Results management
All patient records in OPMobile for Hospitals automatically synchronize with the OmniPro patient health records of the institution, so the results of the tests are available in real time. This occurs both for patients the doctor has an appointment with, as well as for inpatients.
There you can find the results of radiology, cardiology, anatomopathology, ... but also the results of biological analyzes. The doctor can also see all the appointments that have been scheduled for his/her patients. He/She can check therefore whether his/her treatment prescriptions have been taken into account.

• Messaging system
The doctor has the ability to communicate with care providers through the medical OmniPro messaging suite.
Conversely, he/she also receives all pieces of information passing through this messaging system, such as the problems faced by nurses when administering patient care.
When the application is closed, the arrival of any new message is indicated by the receipt of a push notification.

• Digital dication
Wether the doctor has an iPad or an iPhone, he/she can dictate his/her protocols and release letters inside the OPMobile application.
These dictations are automatically sent to the secretary pool and then incorporated in the OPDict module. The secretaries can directly type the letters. The latter then appear in the result section of the patients health records and get synchronized with OPMobile for Hospitals.

• Security
All vital data which are stored on the device are accessible only after registering the device and the user in the hospital information system.

Warning
OPMobile Hospital can work only if OmniPro is already working in your hospital institution. It does not work in standalone mode. Activation is required from the IT department of your institution.
